Returns & Exchanges

At JOOLA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges:

  • Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items, such as clearance items, personalized products, and used sports equipment, are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.

How to return 

  1. Contact Customer Support at sales@joola.in or call us at +91 8088191910 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds

We process refunds promptly upon receiving and inspecting returned items:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.

Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled or edited after placement.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the item, you can initiate a return following our standard return process.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used at checkout.

Final Sale Purchases

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • No Price Adjustments: Prices on final sale items are fixed and cannot be adjusted after purchase.

  • Rubbers
  • Blades
  • Balls
  • Covers
  • Cases
  • Grips
  • Glues
  • Cleaners
  • Edge Tapes

Damaged or Defective items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.
