RETURNS
JOOLA INDIA does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, in exceptional cases, they may be considered solely at JOOLA INDIA's discretion and must be authorized by our Customer Service Department.
To be eligible for a return (if authorized), the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Paddles must have the original seal over the grip handle intact.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- Items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is determined by JOOLA INDIA to be due to a manufacturing defect, JOOLA INDIA will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
CANCELLATION
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may contact customer support. However, returns will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to our return policy and at JOOLA INDIA's sole discretion.
- If a refund is approved for a canceled order, it will be processed after deducting the to-and-fro shipping charges and the refund transaction cost.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not typically provided. However, in exceptional cases, they may be approved only after authorization by our Customer Service Team.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved for a refund.
- Customers will be notified regarding the status of their refund after inspection.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON PURCHASES THROUGH AUTHORIZED RETAILERS
Customers who purchase JOOLA products from authorized retailers should first contact the original retailer for returns or exchanges before contacting JOOLA INDIA.
JOOLA INDIA reserves the right to apply to and fro shipping and refund transaction-related costs at its discretion during the cancellation and refund process. These charges are final and non-negotiable.
FINAL SALE PURCHASES
- No Returns or Exchanges: Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- No Price Adjustments: Prices on final sale items are fixed and cannot be adjusted after purchase.

- Covers

- Edge Tapes
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
