Why is the MOD-TA 15 being retired? 

The MOD-TA 15 Perseus paddle is being retired from competition to comply with the USA Pickleball Association's (USAP) new 2025 PB-CoR standards established by the USAP, which prohibit paddles testing above 0.44 PB-CoR. 

Key Details: 
• Still eligible for USAP events until July 1, 2025
• Production has stopped but available while supplies last. 
• New Pro 4 Perseus paddles launching March 2025, compliant with 2025 standards. 

Paddle Refresh Program: 

1. Replacement of Unused MOD-TA 15 Paddles 
Customers with unused MOD-TA 15 paddles may exchange them for 3S paddles at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:
• The paddle must be in its original, unused condition.
• Proof of purchase must be provided. 

2. Discount on Pro 4 Perseus Paddles for Unused MOD-TA 15 Returns
Unused MOD-TA 15 paddles returned to us will qualify the customer for a 50% discount on Pro 4 Perseus paddles. The following terms apply:
• Paddles must be returned in their original, unused condition.
• The discount is valid for a single purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.

3. Refund for Used MOD-TA 15 Paddles
Used MOD-TA 15 paddles returned to us will be eligible for a refund equivalent to 25% of the original purchase price. This is subject to the following conditions:
• Paddles must be returned with minimal damage that does not impact their structural integrity.
• Proof of purchase must accompany the return. 

4. General Conditions
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds and discounts will be processed only after the returned paddles are inspected and approved by our quality assurance team.

The UPA-A (United Pickleball Association of America) is the newly formed governing body for the UPA (United Pickleball Association), which includes the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball. The UPA-A aims to regulate the sport as the primary governing body.

All JOOLA 3S pickleball paddles are UPA-A certified and adhere to the official performance standards of the UPA-A. Making all 3S paddles approved for all levels of competition.

Now that you’ve purchased a JOOLA NFC chip-enabled paddle, you have the option to register your paddle, authenticate and extend your paddle warranty. Learn how below:

  • Register your Paddle – Complete the required fields, enter paddle information, and upload your receipt (in order to extend your warranty to 1-year), registering your paddle is quick and easy.

By registering your new paddle purchase through the JOOLA Infinity App, you now have the option to sign up for a 30-day free trial of the Premium version of the JOOLA Infinity App. 

*Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription within 30 days of signing up, you will be charged the full subscription amount of INR 1999 per month. To avoid charges, ensure that your cancellation is processed before the 30-day period ends. If you miss the cut-off date, please contact JOOLA Customer Support before your next charge. We will not be able to refund any previous charges.

The measurements in the apparel size chart are all in inches and the suggested sizes are based on body measurements. If your chest and waist measurements indicate different sizes, order size based on your chest or waist measurement. All shoe sizes shown on the chart are men’s shoe sizes:Sizing

We aim to process your order within 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. For larger volume orders or during peak seasons, a little extra time may be required.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit the order. Please confirm the order details and shipping and billing information before submitting. We appreciate your understanding.

Our commitment is to keep you informed. If, for any reason, an item becomes temporarily out of stock or if we require additional payment details, our dedicated customer service representative will reach out to you promptly.

To make your purchase seamless, we accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, or PhonePe.

Please ensure that the billing address associated with your credit card is correct, as our system requires accurate information for order processing. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept credit card gift cards or cards issued by non-Indian banks.

Please note that all orders will be subject to applicable taxes as per Indian tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other levies that may apply.

RETURN, CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & REFUND

At JOOLA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges:

  • Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items, such as clearance items, personalized products, and used sports equipment, are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.
  1. Contact Customer Support at sales@joola.in or call us at +91 8088191910 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.

We process refunds promptly upon receiving and inspecting returned items:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or edited after placement.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the item, you can initiate a return following our standard return process.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • No Price Adjustments: Prices on final sale items are fixed and cannot be adjusted after purchase.

Warranty

Warranty claims can only be filed by the original purchaser and require proof of the original receipt.

Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages through improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product).
